so my new daughter is going to be 2 months on Thursday, Riley is an amazing big sister, my family (or well, part of them) are here visiting....and life is good :) even though it snowed a little today...life is good ;) I'm afraid i can't think of something too exciting to tell. i'm sorry i don't have any pictures of nicole. she's really really cute, she looks alot more like tim than riley does, but you can still see some Riley in her. its so cool. i hope everybody is doing well. we will eventually get a computer and i'll be able to update more frequently

OOOK.....so we still have a few more computer parts to get before we get back online. I'm using Anna's computer today. We need a new hard drive, DVDrom, and a modem. One day, we will get there. I have........a little more than 6 1/2 weeks left.....incase you hadn't heard it looks like we got another girl on the way :) i'm really excited....but since the radiologist wasn't 100% sure, and this pregnancy has been SOOO different, Tim still thinks it could be a boy. So I guess we'll see :)

Life is good, Tim is only taking 1 class this semester, we figured that would be easier since we have a newborn on the way, and his work is going really well. Riley has gotten so big and smart...its very scary. We're gonna try and move her into her "big girl" bed soon. So we'll see how that goes.

Um....not a whole lot else to report i'm afraid. Pretty much the same ol' same ol' on this end. I hear Jordy has been put in charge of putting recent pictures of Riley up on her xanga page (my poor mom is desperate). Ok...take care everyone!

Aw...thanks for the birthday wishes :) I can't believe its been so long since I have updated....yikes!!! Well, here's what is up on our end of the woods.

Tim is in grad school, going for his masters in Agricultural Economics. He's actually studying for a test right now, so Anna is spending the night (Tim doesn't expect to be back until really late) to make me feel safe :) Work is going really well for him, CC Benefits was such an answer to our prayers. They are paying for his school (I may have mentioned that already...oops), and are just really flexible for the time he needs off for classes and what not.

Riley is doing amazing!! She's starting to talk, so far the words we have are "duck", "doggy" (which actually comes out "doggo"), "drink", "please" (those 2 actually sound alot alike), Jordy told me she was saying "turtle" the other day, and i'm not sure she actually meant it when she said it....but tonight she said "boobies". Hm..... :-/ haha. She's also gotten extremely clumsy, in the past 5 days she has made her mouth bleed 3 times (one time she actually ripped a little piece of her gum off), and scraped her nose so now she looks like rudolph. Yup....thats my graceful girl. ITs so much fun to watch her dance. She also enjoys helping me sweep, clean up her messes, and load/unload the dishwasher. I"m amazed at how much she is learning so quickly.

This pregancy i going extremely well. I"m at 18 weeks, and i've been feeling the baby move for almost 2 weeks. I go back to the DR. on October 25th (i think) and then we will hopefully set up and ultra sound and find out what we are having. I"m hoping for a boy still! I do tend to get very sore in the lower half of my body VERY easily. WE played tennis tonight and I fully expect my butt and legs to hurt rather badly tomorow. Oh well, i guess this one is just sitting on me differantly or something.

The weather is starting to change here, it still gets in the 70's during the day....but we've been in the 40's at night, its been nice. Thought i'm not ready for winter yet....hopefully fall will last a good while. I love fall :)

WEll, I guess that is all for now. I hope everybody is doing well.

awww....hollie caught me :) I'm in Monroe, La!!!! Now don't all start jumping up and down and getting too excited...i'd feel awful if somebody threw their back out just cause i'm in town ;) Anywhoos....we got into New Orleans about 11 last night, and Monroe 4:30 this morning. Riley is already having a blast. I haven't gotten to see mom yet...she had to work this morning. But the good thing is, at least we will all be nice and rested when she gets back. Well, I guess I should get going. I can't wait to see everybody!!!

quick update. Riley is officially a lean, mean, walking machine.

we DID get a second ac for our living room. it feels SOOOOO much better at our apartment now

um.....heh...thats pretty much it.

sorry, i know i'm boring...but we're at jordy's right now and riley is getting ready for a nap. so yea...thats it. ok...so long for now

oh yea...and this pregnancy is completely eating all my brain cells (incase you couldn't tell )

Well, once again borrowing a computer. But thats ok, because we have SO much to be thankful for!!!

I still haven't been as sick as I was with Riley, but I feel sick more often, just not as sick when I feel sick. Did I confuse anybody?? hehe. But I do beleive my brain cells are quickly degenerating and soon I will have none left. :) We are kinda hoping for a boy this time around...we're gonna find out before hand. This may sound totally stupid, but I want to be able to associate a name with the new baby as soon as possible so that we can tell Riley. Am I totally dumb??? Anywhooos....

Tim found out this week that the company he works for is going to pay for all of his school. That is SUCH a blessing. This means we'll be able to save up and get a house even sooner (Mind you, it will still be quite a few years, but thats ok too!)

We're all going to see Harry Potter 5 tonight, well...except Riley. She's not that fascinated by the TV. I'm actually very thankful for that. But we can't take her to the theatre at all. We tried last week and ended up having to leave halfway through the movie. So Mrs. Robin is gonna watch Riley tonight.

Hmm......not a whole lot else going on I suppose. It's been REALLY hot here...so I'm hanging out with the "in-laws" today...they have central A.C. Tim and I are considering getting another A.C window unit for our living room. We have people over a few times a week and I feel bad when its pretty warm in our apartment.

Ok, I'm about to start babbling. So I'm gonna see what y'all are up to now!

As some of you may have already heard....Tim and I just found out we got number 2 on the way!!! I'm due the end of February (much better than being due in JULY!!!!!) and we are SOOOOOOOOO excited! Thankfully I haven't been as sick as I was with Riley (so far at least). So yea, thats kind of the "big thing" happening right now. Though I'm not quite sure how I feel about being only 7 weeks along and already needing maternity shirts :-/ Mom says that I'm just like her though lol :) not a bad thing to be at all! Well, I better get offline. Sorry its such a short post, but I always feel bad using other ppl's phone lines.....we'll have a computer back...eventually :)

we are still alive, i still have NO computer (i'm borrowing anna's right now), but i'm happy anyways :)

Not having a computer has been really good for me. I've really learned how to take care of my apartment in a VERY timely manner (i'm usually done with all the big stuff before lunch, then i have the rest of the day to clean as i go. Riley is surprisingly messy). So I'm thankful for that :) I would much rather have a clean and happy house, than easy access to a computer.

Ok...time to update. Riley is getting her 5th and 6th tooth in. She's really close to walking. The most steps she has taken COMPLETELY unassisted is 9. but she attempts to take steps more often. Mom got her a push toy that she absolutely loves. I'll take her outside to play with it and she'll just run around everywhere. she REALLY gets into trying to walk when she is around other kids who are walking. Of course I usually have to hold her hand but she does try really hard. She learned how to shake her head "no", she's very interested in using a spoon by herself. and she gives the BEST, most slobbery kisses every :) lol. I can't believe she's almost a year old. Y'all should all come up for her birthday!!!! OR at least convince my mom she needs to come and see me soon.....my dad too! hehehehe.

Tim starts graduate school in August, he got registered for his classes this week. he's only taking 2 each semester so it will take him a little longer to get his masters, but this way he can continue working full time at C.C. Benefits (which means we keep our health insurance!! yay!!)

And as for me, well, i usually spend my time cleaning and playing with Riley. I don't go outside too much, my allergies are AWFUL this year. I do go out and try to see Jordy once a week. Riley and Evelyn are soo cute together, and Riley really likes Owens toys. hahaha. I can't wait for them all to get just a little bit older. its going to be so much fun watching them grow up together. As much as I miss Monroe sometimes, i wouldn't give up seeing Riley and Eva together for anything. I can't imagine what life would have been like growing up without Jordy, i'm so glad our girls get to experience what we did.

WEll, i'm going to try and catch up with some of y'all before it gets too late. Tim and his dad are working on our car right now. much love to all!!!

SSSOOOOOO.....you know how i mentioned last post that something evil lives in our computer? well...it decided to eat our modem. so now i'm checking my e-mail on beckys' computer (she came down for the weekend), but sadly she's leaving tomorow...so who knows when i'll get back online *sigh*. Not much else going on i guess. I've FINALLY gotten into my "groove" when it come sto taking care of my family. I'm able to keep my apartment clean, get MORE than enough groceries for 2 weeks for under $80, and i can balance playing and taking care of riley (especially when she's being a lil bit moody), without letting my apartment take the brunt of it. its SO awsome!

We're doing really well over here. Anna graduated this weekend (CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!). She was Valedictorian of her class, and she delivered the most AMAZING speech. I'm so proud of her. She looked so pretty. We got to see Dave, Heather, Grandma Helen, Aunt Kathy, Uncle Tom, and Uncle Paul this weekend. so that was fun (and becky of course). Tim took today off of work. Its the first day he's had off in over 3 months. it was great....we all walked to Breakfast Club and met up with the family for breakfast, then we listened to some music in friendship sqaure. we didnt' really visit farmers market, but i may take riley down and walk around within the next few weeks. it was alot of fun.

well, snce i'm not on my computer i dont' really have any pictures. but feel free to send lots of money so we can buy a new computer LOL jk ;) Happy mothers day!!!!
